As 2016 draws closer it would
be good to meet up to look at the things which need to be done and to
meet the final group. At this meeting we will look at more detailed trip
planning, staffing, vaccinations and risk management.
Many thanks to those who have
sent me a copy of their passport. It would be good to get the rest at this
meeting. Even if you are planning to renew your passport I would appreciate a copy of the current one.
We will hold the meeting in
the Chapel on Sunday October 11th at 3.30pm. I hope this date and time will
allow boarder parents to combine the meeting with returning the girls to
Tolcarne.
